Although I've been professionally shooting events, fashion, food, beverage, portraits and more for over a decade, I've yet to venture into wedding photography—until now.
After shooting a wedding or two casually for family and friends, I've been deeply inspired to pursue this arena of photography more seriously. This is why I am offering introductory pricing at heavily discounted rates. Tons more info below.

Process
You deserve only the best wedding photography experience, which is why I've thought of every detail and incorporated it into my end-to-end process. From pre-planning, to the day of and post-production, you can breathe easy knowing everything is taken care of.
01. Pre-Contract
Easy & Quick Questionnaire
This is a quick questionnaire to get a basic understanding of your wedding details and requirements. Don't worry if you don't have all the details yet, just answer what you can and we'll take it from there.
Complimentary Discovery Meeting (or Call)
This is a 30-45 minute in-person meeting or video call to meet you and learn a little bit more about you as a couple, and what you're envisioning for your magical day. We'll also discuss an approach that works for you—whether that means I'll be relatively hands-off the day of, letting the day unfold naturally, or if I'll be more hands-on and provide lots of guidance.

Contract Signing & Deposit
Once we've firmed up some details, I'll put everything into a simple, easy contract (without the legalese) for you to review and sign. I'm available any time during this process should you have any questions or we need to make any changes. A 50% deposit will be required upon signing.
02. Planning
6-Weeks Out Call
We'll have a call or in-person meeting about 6 weeks out from your big day to discuss specifics, shot list details, venue walkthrough and more.
Family Shot List & Photography Timeline
Based on our 6-weeks out call, we'll work on a detailed family shot list and photography timeline for you to review and approve in advance of your day. This ensures no important family portraits, group photos or any other special moments are missed. This combined with the timeline keeps us organized and stress-free on the day of, and efficient—which means Mom, Dad, Grandma and Grandpa can enjoy cocktail hour (and hopefully you too!).

Info Packet
About 2-3 weeks out, I'll send over an info packet with quick tips and checklists on things to look out for on the day of. This will include everything from posing tips to what your support system should look for during portraits (e.g. stray hairs, crooked bowties, etc.). Feel free to share this with your wedding party, planner and whoever else it would be useful for!
03. Day Of
I'll arrive early to set up, meet key people such as your planner and venue staff, and do a detailed venue walkthrough. I'll be professionally dressed in black, my camera shutter will be muted (especially important for the ceremony), and I'll start getting venue and decor shots before guests arrive. This applies to my second shooter as well. If you have the polaroids option, I'll be sure to hand them to the right person at the end of the night!
04. Post-Production & Delivery
Preview Images (within 1 week)
I'll send over a few edited preview images for your review and approval. This not only ensures you'll have some sneak peaks to share right away, but it's also an opportunity for you to get a first look at the photograph treatment and styling before I move on to editing everything else. You'll receive these previews within a week from your big day.
Final Delivery (within 30 days)
You'll receive the full online gallery of your digital photographs within 30 days from the date of your preview approval. The gallery will be shareable, and images will be available for download in full high resolution (perfect for prints) and compressed resolution for social media. A print store will also be available through the online gallery platform. The final edits will consist of both colour and black & white photos, with the majority being colour—unless we discuss otherwise.​

While I typically adopt a natural, unobtrusive approach to capturing the day, I do step in to offer gentle guidance during family and couples portraits to ensure we create the most beautiful and authentic images possible.
